Simultaneous interpreting in Milan and elsewhere

I simultaneously translate the speaker’s words into the audience’s language and the audience’s interventions into the speaker’s language.
I work remotely or from a booth at the venue where the event takes place and can also use a bidule system provided by the client.

Remote interpreting

I simultaneously interpret the speaker’s words into the audience’s language to aid communication between event participants. Working from an isolated environment, I use professional headphones, a microphone, and back-up connection.
I am an Ablio platform-certified interpreter (remote simultaneous, consecutive and telephone interpreting) and a KUDO PRO interpreter (remote simultaneous interpreting). I also have experience interpreting over Zoom and Microsoft Teams and will happily adapt to your preferred platform.

Ciao, hi, ¡hola! I’m Eleonora Monoscalco, professional Italian interpreter based in Milan. After earning my MA in Conference Interpreting from Forlì/Bologna University, I moved to Spain and then Milan, where I achieved a specialized MA in Medicine and Pharmacology for Interpreters from CTI Communication Trend Italia.

Since then, I’ve helped agencies, companies and private clients run successful international events, providing English, Italian, and Spanish interpreting services for high-profile events such as the Ukraine Peace Formula Talks and figures including Noam Chomsky.
